The Polish producer shows great skill with his latest EP:
We just recently discovered Michal Biernaski, which is kind of a shame since there are some fantastic vibes to find on his SoundCloud. Luckily, we are now aware, and his new EP ‘In The Moonlight‘ again shows off more great skills. It’s Disco, and it’s great. The four-track EP consist of two own productions, and two remixes by No Drama and Gazella; all four tracks features vocalist Rejsel. The EP is on a free download, which you can grab here.
The title track ‘In The Moonlight‘ has an excellent uptempo retro-ish disco synth that makes the track both danceable and uplifting. The vocals work as a perfect complement, which is also apparent in the next track ‘Pendulum‘ – it almost sounds a bit like vocalist David Macklovitch from Chromeo in the beginning, and especially when the dope talkbox-tweaks start. The track itself is a wonderfully balanced blend of dreamy synths and a summer feeling that will definitely warm you up. The last two tracks on the EP are really some worthy remixes; the No Drama remix is following Biernaski’s Disco approach, while Gazella tries a house approach that works really well.
